Troy Eschberger is a native Memorial resident. Troy graduated from Houston Baptist University in 1991 with a degree in Finance and Accounting. From an early age Troy has worked close with his father and has gained a wealth of knowledge of the building industry. In January 2000, Troy acquired his real estate license and started with REMAX Town & Country, while continuing his building career with his father. Working closely with buyers and sellers in the Memorial area has given Troy special insight into the needs and desires of the home buyers. Troy manages all aspects of the business and focuses on every detail.

Ron Eschberger started his building career in 1970 building custom homes in the Houston area. He quickly branched out with Dinerstein Builders building town home projects, apartment complexes, and commercial centers in Houston and across the United States for over 13 years. In 1993, Ron Eschberger and son, Troy Eschberger, joined forces and began purchasing and extensively remodeling homes through the Memorial and Galleria areas. The Eschberger family name has come to mean exceptional quality and extraordinary craftsmanship. Ron's outstanding management skills are a vital part of the efficiency and quality of each and every home.

John Yoder joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1994 and worked with the Presidential Security. He moved to Houston in 1999 with the drive and determination to succeed in the Building Industry. John's vision for building also started at an early age where he was involved in many hands on custom building projects. His exceptional eye for quality and craftsmanship originate from his Amish heritage. John also has purchased and extensively renovated residential properties in Houston since 2002. John manages the day to day activities of every project and his energy and enthusiasm are added assets.
